Why Freedom Systems Exists
Bryan spent his career building operational freedom inside other people's companies. At Kroeger's Recycling, he managed three regional locations, 50 employees, and a fleet of commercial transport equipment. He built the structure that let the business operate across multiple sites without everything funneling through one person.
At Pulltarps Manufacturing, he took on progressively larger roles: Senior Operations Manager, then General Manager. He implemented Lean Manufacturing principles, grew sales by 20%, launched a new eCommerce platform, and built a sustainable organizational structure. When Safe Fleet acquired Pulltarps, Bryan led the integration.
At Safe Fleet, the stakes got bigger. As VP & General Manager of the Commercial Vehicle Installation Services Group, Bryan oversaw nationwide installation operations. His team captured over $10 million in Amazon business, transitioned to a modern ERP platform, and implemented a Field Service Management system that transformed visibility and efficiency across the organization.
